The creative learning environment of Today’s Skills: Tomorrow’s Leaders is a unique opportunity for participants to develop their leadership and self management skills. They are challenged to take their current training successes to the next level and provided with practical tools to assist in clarifying their vision for the future and in working towards making this a reality.

The Today’s Skills: Tomorrow’s Leaders program commenced in 2004 and focuses on career and life skills development. Sessions cover personal leadership skills, effective workplace teams, and leadership in the broader community.
The program assists participants to be more in-control of their work/life situations and to be able to make better informed decisions resulting in increased productivity, motivation and satisfaction at work and in life generally. Participants also interact with AIS athletes in both structured and informal sessions, learning how passion, commitment and goal achievement is applied in a variety of life contexts.

Participants also have the opportunity to visit Parliament House and enjoy meeting with key ministers.
